As soon as you enter the 1900-style foyer, our friendly, welcoming and competent staff will be entirely at your disposal to answer all your requests and suggestions.
Languages spoken: French, English, German and Spanish.The reception comprises two areas: The main hall decorated in a 1900 style and the contemporary style lounge with a small glass wall overlooking the interior courtyard of the hotelEfficient, available and competent are the key words for the staff. This has allowed us to ensure the loyalty of our guests, who use the Hotel des Mines as their base in Paris.
Laurence and Jean-Charles will take care of making reservations for your shows, excursions and restaurants and will answer all your needs.A fax a photocopy service, safes and a luggage room are at your disposal. The reception is open 24 hours a day. A paying Internet terminal is available near the reception.
